• Onboard suppliers on the timelines and processes required for each activation, explain nuances of sampling, search logic, how boosting works, etc.
• Manage the collection of all external supplier calendars and consolidation and maintenance of the internal Voila supplier partnership calendar
• Host monthly period review meeting with marketing to brief them on all of the upcoming activations for the period
• Manage collisions by coordinating with category managers on where concessions can be made

Job Description

• Review the workback schedule for all activations weekly, follow up with vendors when they miss deadlines, either submitting assets or information (like article lists, terms) required for activations
• Coordinate and confirm successful receipt of all supplier assets
• Socialize the asset specifications and brand guidelines, and answer inevitable list of questions supplier will have on the asset requirements
• Manage back and forth revisions and design changes requested on assets between 8 and 4 weeks before campaign go live (usually 1-2 revisions for multiple assets, per campaign, with questions, 10-15 emails per campaign usually required)
• Work with marketing to ensure the successful collection and load of article lists for brand pages, terms of search, and products for email, category & search boosting
• Proof the build of brand pages, the boost of products, email templates, asset loads, etc. before and after the launch of the campaign, where possible
• Triage issues that occur with the launch of each activation (ie. products missing from brand pages, not being boosted correctly, etc.) - keep the supplier updated on the status of these corrections, as they'll be watching closely
• Build and manage the google analytics post - mortem template all suppliers will receive after each activation
• Ensure data is pulled within 4 week post campaign lead time we committed to suppliers to provide data back
• Triage issues where the data is not being pulled correctly, manually pull pieces of information to complete the post-mortems where needed
• Handle the 10-12 questions per supplier, per activation that are usually returned once the post mortem is sent
• Consolidate the common feedback from suppliers around what they're expecting to see out of the templates, work with Product management & marketing to evolve the post-mortem template
• Triage any issues and answer questions from suppliers related to the IRI eComm data they are receiving

Job Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Detail oriented, highly organized individual with proven project management skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and within a team setting including across multiple internal teams.
  • Adjusts quickly to changing priorities and campaign timelines.
  • Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines at one time.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience working with and managing agencies and/or vendors a plus.
